The Swann Collection came to the Library in 1974, with a fund to support its preservation and development. The fund, created in the memory of Mr. Swann and his wife, Caroline, also established the gallery.

From January 22, 1998 to July 15, 2006, this Harley-Davidson Sportster 1200 Custom was my pride and joy. This website chronicles our adventures together as the motorcycle was customized to my specific tastes. Over 30 independent product reviews, hundreds of pictures, and some technical articles are all archived here, so that other Sportster enthusiasts can continue to enjoy them as they see fit.
